Resumen
El propósito de este estudio es analizar los elementos que pueden influir en la percepción del personal de enfermería, abarcando tanto factores internos como externos que podrían estar afectando su rendimiento laboral y la calidad de atención que ofrecen a los pacientes. Para respaldar esta investigación, se han consultado teorías de enfermería y se han revisado artículos científicos relacionados con el tema de investigación. El estudio se realizó con la participación de cinco entrevistados, de entre 30 y 50 años de edad , con experiencia en enfermería y variación en el tiempo de servicio, residentes en Rawson, Chubut, para realizar la entrevista se utilizaron preguntas abiertas semiestructuradas, cuyo análisis permitió identificar los desafíos presentes en su entorno laboral y las motivaciones que los llevan a prestar atención de calidad. Entre los resultados más significativos, se resaltan la vocación y el énfasis en la formación continua. Es notable la relevancia de centrarse en el diálogo como medio para promover una comunicación más efectiva con el gestor y fortalecer el apoyo institucional.
El objetivo de la investigación fue comprender cómo el personal de enfermería percibe su profesión, incluyendo su práctica laboral y nivel de formación. El propósito final fue obtener una comprensión de la percepción profesional del personal de enfermería para mejorar la formación y la práctica en este campo. La metodología adoptada fue cualitativa, guiada por el enfoque fenomenológico. cuyo análisis permitió identificar las dificultades presentes en su entorno laboral y las motivaciones.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the elements that can affect in the perception of the nursing staff, encompassing both internal and external factors that could be affecting their work performance and quality of care they offer to the patients. To backup this investigation, we have consulted nursing theories and checked scientific articles regarding the investigation subject. The study was carried out with the participation of 5 interviewees with an age range between 30 and 50 years old, with nursing experience and a variety In service time, based in Rawson, Chubut. To carry out the interview we used semi structured open questions, whose analysis allowed us to identify the challenges within their work environment and the motivations that drives them to give quality care. Between the most significant results, we highlighted the calling and the emphasis on continuous training. It is noticeable the relevance of focusing in the dialogue as a medium to promote a more effective communication with the manager and to strengthen the institutional support. The goal of the investigation was to understand how the nursing staff perceives their profession, including their work practice, and training level. The final purpose was to obtain an understanding of the professional perception of the nursing staff to better the training and practice in this field. The methodology we adopted was qualitative, guided by a phenomenological approach, whose analysis allowed us to identify the difficulties present in their work environment, and their motivations.
