Vivencias del personal de enfermería del servicio de pediatría del Hospital Regional en contexto de pandemia covid19

Abstract

El presente trabajo fue realizado en el contexto de pandemia por Coronavirus Covid-19 el objetivo general del estudio fue identificar y conocer las vivencias del personal de enfermería del servicio de pediatría del Hospital Regional en el año 2021, se utilizó un diseño cualitativo con una entrevista semiestructurada, con preguntas abiertas, de implementación cara a cara a través de 4 entrevistas, del análisis de datos surgen 7 categorías con dos convergencias, las cuáles facilitaron la interpretación de las vivencias. Se utilizó la teoría de Jeans Watson y los antecedentes bibliográficos relacionados al tema. En base a los resultados se vivencia que los 4 informantes, que están expuestos a un alto grado de estrés por la responsabilidad del trabajo que desempeñan en este contexto, igualmente se resalta la capacidad para buscar mecanismos de afrontamiento con la necesidad de implementar nuevos y mejores mecanismos de ayuda en la institución.The present work was carried out in the context of a pandemic by Coronavirus Covid-19, the general objective of the study was to identify, to know the experiences of the nursing staff of the pediatric service of the Regional Hospital in the year 2021, a qualitative design with an interview was used. semi-structured, with open questions, face-to-face implementation through 4 interviews that were grouped into 7 categories of analysis with two convergences, which facilitated the interpretation of the data, in which it was sought to identify and describe the object of study by Through the interviewees, the Jeans Watson theory was applied together with the theoretical contributions of Reed Pamela, completing based on the bibliographical background related to the subject.
