Resumen
La investigación presentada en este trabajo tiene como objeto de estudio “Vivencias de enfermería ante la muerte en el personal de enfermería en el Servicio de Clínica Quirúrgica del Hospital Zonal Caleta Olivia 2023”. Fue realizada con una metodología cualitativa interpretativa fenomenológica, tomando como sujetos de estudio a 5 personas perteneciente al personal de salud, las cuales fueron enfermeras y auxiliares de enfermería y una licenciada, se les realizó una entrevista semiestructurada de 17 preguntas, estas fueron analizadas posteriormente y se lograron extraer 16 categorías y 3 convergencias finales. El análisis de esta información recolectada fue desarrollado basándose en las teorías de Virginia Henderson, Ruland y Moore y Benner Patricia, del cual se pudo comprender que las experiencias vividas ante la muerte, permiten al personal de enfermería a desarrollar una mayor empatía, sensibilidad y comprensión hacia sus pacientes y sus familias. Esto se traduce en cuidado integral y humano.
The research presented in this work has as its object of study “Nursing experiences of death in the nursing staff in the Surgical Clinic Service of the Caleta Olivia 2023 Zonal Hospital”. It was carried out with a phenomenological interpretive qualitative methodology, taking as study subjects 5 people belonging to the health personnel, who were nurses and nursing assistants and a graduate, a semi-structured interview of 17 questions was conducted, these were subsequently analyzed and 16 categories and 3 final convergences were extracted. The analysis of this information collected was developed based on the theories of Virginia Henderson, Ruland and Moore and Benner Patricia, from which it was possible to understand that the experiences lived in the face of death allow nursing staff to develop greater empathy, sensitivity and understanding. towards their patients and their families. This translates into comprehensive and human care.
