Se consiguió la aplicación de los pasos de una investigación de diseño cualitativo, a través de la recopilación de información referida de 4 entrevistas semiestructuradas, obteniendo como resultado 20 categorías de análisis las cuales resultaron en 5 convergencias, a partir de estas, se realizó el análisis de los datos que busco darle respuesta al objeto de estudio y sus respectivos objetivos, utilizando como base la teoría de Modelo y Modelado de roles, de Helen Erickson, Evelyn Tomlin y Mary Ann Swain y el Marco de sistemas de interacción y teoría intermedia de la consecución de objetivos, de Imogene M. King, complementado por la búsqueda de artículos académicos y revisión bibliográfica relacionada al tema investigado.The present work was conducted in the scope of a Public Hospital, aiming to understand, analyze, and describe the experiences about the care and working conditions of the nursing team of the Surgical Clinic service of the Comodoro Rivadavia Regional Hospital, Argentina during the year. 2023. 4 The application of the steps of a qualitative design investigation was achieved, through the collection of referred information from four semi-structured interviews, obtaining as a result twenty categories of analysis which resulted in five convergences, from these, the analysis of the data was conducted. In search of an answer to the object of study and its respective objectives, using as reference the theory of Model and Role Modeling, by Helen Erickson, Evelyn Tomlin and Mary Ann Swain and the Framework of interaction systems and intermediate theory of achievement of objectives, by Imogene M.
