Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco.https://rdi.unp.edu.ar/handle/123456789/174La siguiente investigación trata de los adolescentes con enfermedad crónica y sus consecuencias en post pandemia, se seleccionó un grupo etario entre las edades de 15 a 22 años que concurren al servicio de hemodiálisis del centro de CARDIAL TW 2022. Es una investigación cualitativa, descriptiva y retrospectiva desde el enfoque fenomenológico. La muestra será intencional original, porque los casos seleccionados se relacionan con el trabajo en terreno, en este caso en el centro de hemodiálisis. Es exhaustiva ya que se seleccionó un grupo de la población relevante el cual cubre por totalidad a la misma. Y finalizando se utiliza el criterio de selección casos únicos, ya que se entrevistan a pacientes adolescentes que realizan el tratamiento dialítico donde se resalta sus experiencias vividas durante la pandemia y post pandemia. Para sustentar esta investigación se utilizó por un lado la “teoría de la “incertidumbre frente a la enfermedad” de la autora Merle H. Mishel. Y por otro lado se seleccionó la “teoría del déficit del autocuidado” perteneciente a la autora Dorothea Orem.The following investigation deals with adolescents with chronic disease and its consequences in post-pandemic, an age group between the ages of 15 and 22 who attend the hemodialysis service of the CARDIAL TW 2022 center was selected. It is a qualitative, descriptive and retrospective investigation from the phenomenological approach. The sample will be original intentional, because the selected cases are related to field work, in this case at the hemodialysis center. It is exhaustive since a group of the relevant population was selected, which covers the entire population. And finally, the selection criteria for unique cases is used, since adolescent patients who undergo dialysis treatment are interviewed, highlighting their experiences during the pandemic and post-pandemic.
